3D Modelling

CFM’s portable optical 3D modelling technology gives our clients the ability to repair and replace crucial components while reducing both costs and downtime in critical situations​.  Applications include production part inspection, first article inspection, tool & jig verification, supplier compliance inspection, and dynamic measurements.  A 3D model can also be done to duplicate an existing component, sub-assembly, or product where drawings are no longer available. Our 3D modelling technology can provide a rapid process for manufacturing and prototyping of parts and sub-assemblies which would include testing, simulation and analysis.
